Cleaning and sanitary services

Prior to each new contract we develop a customized and unique cleaning and sanitary program for each building together with our clients and we choose a team of experienced and select staff members.

To gain premium results, it is essential to clearly define the program, to thoroughly train the team members and precisely plan the procedures already in the initial stages. For each project an own project leader is assigned who is responsible for the planning, coordination and controlling and who is the contact person for the client.

For best results and maximum customer satisfaction we only use materials, care products and equipment that are customized to the needs of the building and its building materials. We have solutions for all floors, sanitary areas and glass facades, even when they represent complex challenges.

Quality management

For each project we select a responsible project leader who controls and coordinates the project; he ensures the quality and transparency in our invoicing and is responsible for long-term tenant satisfaction. This includes the recorded control of services, close interaction with our clients and regular staff training. In addition, all our staff members work on the basis of a weekly service catalogue that includes tasks to be accomplished. Based on this service catalogue, our staff members have to sign off all finalized jobs and document additional tasks and special services to ensure a maximum transparency for our clients.
