Technical service is part of facility management and embraces all janitorial activities including technical service. We offer more than just janitorial services to our clients, and that is why we call this segment technical service.

Prior to each new contract we develop a customized and unique management program tailored to the specific needs of each building.

For each project an individual project leader is selected who is responsible for the coordination, planning and the controlling, and he is the responsible point of contact for our clients. Based on this management plan, the responsible project leader selects experienced team members who will take care of the professional management of the building in all janitorial and technical aspects.

Quality management

For each project we select a responsible project leader who controls and coordinates the project to ensure quality and transparency in our invoicing and tenant satisfaction on a permanent basis. This includes the documented control of services, close interaction with our clients and regular staff training. In addition, all our staff members receive a weekly service catalogue of tasks to accomplish. Based on this service catalogue our staff members have to sign off all finalized jobs and document additional tasks and special services to ensure the maximum transparency for our clients.
