We are clearly focused on optimizing and improving existing relations with tenants. To improve tenant relations, we ask the tenants for their needs and, in case of problems, we try to find targeted and prompt solutions. Our property management contacts tenants holding expiring lease contracts at an early stage to achieve a renewal of the contracts.

Rental Management

In addition to maintaining the relations with existing tenants we also manage the renewal of contracts and strive to find tenants for vacancies. Our rental portal is one tool to achieve this. It is our goal to explore and implement new leases and income possibilities in addition to the improvement of the current lease situation.
